Quemon allows you to monitor ticket queues for a given assignee or group. The app retrieves ticket counts manually at the click of a button. Tickets can be modified, transferred and closed as well. An extensive KPI dashboard is also available given you visibility into performance information. Users can also post and answer technical questions in a forum.
