Sit Club is the app for babysitting club co-operatives. It makes booking a club sitter much faster and easier and end of month points reconciliation a thing of the past.
Making a Booking
You enter the time and location that you need a sitter. Press save and notifications are sent to all club members simultaneously. As each sitter responds, either available or unavailable, you are sent a notification. The available sitters are listed in order of points from lowest to highest. You select one and request them to confirm they are still available. When the sitter sees the confirmation notification and confirms availability - you are done. The booking is made and all members are notified.
For you as the sitter, a Calendar entry is automatically made for the sit from the booking details. Included in the Calendar entry is the sit location from where you can open Maps for navigation.
As the sitter, you create an invoice from the booking. The client and date details are pre-entered. Enter the invoice amount, press save and the client is sent a notification. The start and end times may be changed as necessary. When the client accepts the invoice, you are notified and your account is updated immediately. No end of month reconciliation necessary!
The minimum balance setting is convenient for maintaining club rules. So club members don't get too far behind on sits for others, a minimum balance is set for the club. Any member below the minimum is able to accept booking requests but cannot make a request until their account balance is above the minimum.
To migrate to Sit Club you need only enter the balance of each member. Keep all the historical records that detail the initial balances. From that point on Sit Club will maintain the records live.
Your babysitting club co-operative is a group of trusted families with membership by invitation only. This is maintained with Sit Club. Sign up with a new club and we email you the club's unique identification number. Forward the email to other club members to enter at signup. As each member signs up, we email you their details with a request for you to confirm their membership. Only after your approval are they granted access to your club.
