App needs to be registered with iVIvaCloud installation by entering “Domain ID”, “User ID” and “Registration Code” supplied by the system administrator of iVivaCloud installation.
App screens are optimized for iPhone 5, 5S, 6, 6+, 6S and 6S+.
Purpose of this app is to provide functionality for requesting and managing services for registered users of iVivaCloud installation. Each request is a Conversation.
Conversation is a collaborative environment that allows users to request services or reporting issues. When a Conversation is originated, a list of Members is automatically added to the Conversation, based on Conversation Type.
Information such as problem description can be added to Info Fields. Photos or recorded voice clips can be uploaded as attachments. A Checklist will appear to remind the Members what are the tasks to be performed.
Members within a Conversation are able to communicate via Messages. Message tab also acts as an audit trail to review the progress of a Conversation.
Stage of the Conversation indicates the current stage of the process.
