Complete Poplar workouts once per day to earn points, compete on the leaderboard, and stay in shape. All workouts can be done with minimal equipment (they're all bodyweight exercises!) and Poplar offers a diverse set of exercises to make sure your entire body is fit.

All data captured using Poplar will be used to create faster and more accurate motion algorithms that go into your favorite wearable products.
