This calculator gives you your ideal weight range based on sex, build and height. This calculation uses insurance tables that show the weight range of people with the lowest mortality rate. Use this information to pick your healthy goal weight.

As you lose weight, your calorie and fat requirements will change. This calculator tells you how many calories and fat grams you should limit yourself to maintain or reach your goal weight.
