Train Trax is a completely customizable personal workout and fitness management application. It supplies you with tools to design, create, execute, monitor, and update any workout program you can think of all wrapped in a concise, clean, easy application without all the fluff you do not need or want for a low price.
At this point (with more to come), Train Trax gives you the ability to create up to 30 different personal workouts from a list of up to 200 exercises, all customized to your liking and understanding!
The Train Trax application is super simple to use:
1. Add exercises to the master list. Once an exercise is added to the list, it is available until you delete it and reusable for any other workouts. A basic list of exercises is provided, but are configurable for you to edit or delete.
2. Create a workout from the list of exercises in the master exercise list. Once the exercise is added to the workout, it will remain there until you delete it, even if you remove the exercise from the master list.
3. Add any number of exercise sets comprised of repetitions and weight.
Extra features include the ability to add custom notes to any workout characteristic, along with an easily accessible countdown timer for your needs.
