Need to enter a service request and can't get into the office? No problem. Simply click on the Service Requests menu option for supported communities where you can log a service request and even track the history of the maintenance updates.
Get a lot of packages delivered to you? If your building uses ActiveBuilding Concierge you can see when deliveries have arrived in our Packages view. Simply click on the menu option to view important information such as the courier delivering the package, when it was received, and even tracking information.
Can't find your property's phone number of office hours? All of that is located under the general info section of the application with easy 'click-to-dial' functionality.
Need to change the languages? We support English, Dutch, Spanish, French, and Hebrew. You can change your language preferences in the settings.
Please note: This mobile application is intended for residents of ActiveBuilding communities. If you are a staff user, you should use the ActiveDesk application for your administrative needs. Please note that we will be adding more staff functionality in the coming months!
Payments and Maintenance Issues are only available for supported communities. Please talk to your community management about adding this for your community if you are unable to perform these functions.
