Ian Gaines is a certified personal trainer and the owner of Gaines Total Fitness. Gaines specializes in sports specific training, weight loss success, strength training, nutritional counseling, and motivating clients to reach their peak performance and fitness goals.
As a sport specific trainer, Gaines has developed and trained numerous professional athletes including NFL, NHL, USA Track & Field, and body building champions. In addition to his sport specific training, Gaines’ personal training programs have helped clients drop as many as 8 sizes and improve their overall health and wellness.
Gaines holds two degrees from Vanderbilt University and is an Expert Rated Master Trainer.
