essential figures like cholesterol, sodium, carbohydrates, fiber and fat, to name a few, to give
extra information for all of you who are are specially health minded, or want to
control other aspects of your diet.
This feature also makes easy for you to see at a glance which foods are most fatty
or salty, or sugarish.
Use the "Settings" screen to set your goal, your current height and weight.
Are you more used to metric system? You are covered.
You can choose to always display or not your BMI on the initial page.
Then you are all set. Start entering all your consumed food.
When you eat and log, your progress is shown on a gauge, towards your daily maximum.
Everyday a new log is started for you. Previous days are kept in the history.
Look in the calendar to see all your past days and how you did.
Perhaps 7000 plus food items is not enough? You can add your own food: just hit the plus
sign button and enter the name and the amount of calories - in a 3.5 Oz serving (100g)-
You can also remove items from the database, whatever type of food you don't like.
