Give up your gremlins!

This simple app helps you stop one thing that you've been meaning to give up or temporarily suspend for a while - whether that be smoking, drinking alcohol, chocolate, or whatever.

The app displays a counter showing the time since you gave up or last lapsed. So whenever you have cravings, just fire up the app and see how long you've lasted so far and what fine total you will be destroying if you lapse now.

If you do blow it, tap the Oops! button and the counter will reset.
