Now updated with the most current 2015 NC Child Support table. These calculations are based on official North Carolina government guidelines.
The North Carolina Child Support Calculator determines the amount of child support paid or received by NC families. The calculator provides the amount of support as determined by the North Carolina Child Support Guidelines. The guidelines apply to families with a combined income of less than $25,000 per month. Deviations from the Guidelines are permitted and are not accounted for by the calculator. Deviations are determined by the Court and/or the agreement of the parties.
The North Carolina Child Support Calculator is the only complete calculator and determines support levels for sole custody, split custody and shared custody utilizing all NC Worksheets.
