It also calculates your BMI (Body Mass Index), your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and your DNC (Daily Caloric Need). The output of this app serves as a benchmark of the time needed to lose (or increase) your weight loss.

How to use:
step 1 - select your personal data (Height, Weight, age, sex). this calculates your daily calories needs to stay alive.
step 2 - select your life style. this calculates your daily calories consume. that means the number of calories in step 1 plus number of calories consumed due to your physical activities.
step 3 - Select calculations and select desired weight and desired daily calories intake. the application will calculate how many days you will take to reach new weight
