Titbit is an interactive digital menu and restaurant automation platform designed for table service restaurants that focuses on enhancing guest experience and growing a restaurant’s revenues by improving operational efficiencies, reducing costs, growing tab size and attracting more customers.
This app replaces conventional paper menus at a restaurant and converts IPADs into digital menus that a restaurant can manage on their own. The digital menu is served off of a server that is installed by Titbit at the restaurant and can then be managed by the restaurant on their own for changes in item availability, descriptions, dynamic pricing updates and other similar functions.
Using this app, guests can browse through the menu, check out detailed presentations of each item, modify and customize items that they wish to order, and finally place their order, all through titbit’s intuitive and user friendly interface. Titbit can be used either as a standalone application or can integrate with the POS system available at the restaurant.
In addition, the Titbit digital menu is integrated with Facebook and allows it’s guest to promote the restaurants and it’s menu items to their social network thereby increasing visibility for the restaurant. Guests can even see what their friends’ likes are at the restaurant.
