Vodafone Conferencing is a simple to use audio and web conferencing service that lets you manage dispersed teams effectively, reduce your travel, improve your presentations and extend your business reach.
You can bring people together regardless of their location. All you need is a phone and an internet connection. Dial into your meeting using your landline or mobile and then share presentations, documents or applications in real-time using your desktop or laptop computer.
You can use the service for your day-to-day team meetings as well as hold webinars with up to 240 participants.
You don’t even need to register – just go to http://conferencing.vodafone.com and select your country to start using the service.
To use Vodafone Conferencing on your mobile you need to register for free from your mobile or at http://conferencing.vodafone.com. As a registered user you also get a personal meeting room number, can schedule and manage meetings and contacts online, plus create meetings straight from your normal calendar.

With Vodafone Conferencing, there are no contracts, subscriptions or set up fees. Everyone, including the host, simply pays for the cost of a phone call, and the charges show up on your phone bill. How to dial in
Just find the meeting in Meetings (your own meetings) or Invitations (meetings you have been invited to) and click “Enter the telephone conference”. Vodafone Conferencing will dial your conference number and enter your PIN.
Which number to select
When you first use the Vodafone Conferencing on your mobile you will be prompted to select your dial in number.
- Vodafone mobile users
If you are a Vodafone mobile user please select the short code relevant for your country.
- Other networks
You don’t need to be a Vodafone mobile user to use the service. If you are not using a Vodafone mobile to access Vodafone Conferencing please choose the local dial-in number relevant to your country. Vodafone does not set the cost of the call to standard dial-in numbers and pricing may vary. To confirm pricing please contact your network provider.
- International dial-in number
If dial-in numbers are not available for your country, you can access Vodafone Conferencing using the international dial-in number. Vodafone does not set the cost of the call to international dial-in numbers and pricing may vary. To confirm pricing please contact your network provider.
How does it work?
You can create meetings online at http://conferencing.vodafone.com or using your mobile. Vodafone Conferencing will send invites by email to all participants. If you have your own calendar such as Outlook, it will automatically put the invite straight into your calendar. Users join the web meeting by following the instructions, and dial in from their phone. You can start the web meeting when at least two participants have joined.
