I swim laps. It’s my favorite workout. I like to swim distances and then record my progress. My current goal is usually a mile, which in the pool that I swim in translates to about 72 laps. I have always wanted to record my progress and then chart the results, so I wrote this app.
iSwimLaps is integrated with HealthKit. When you enter your laps, iSwimLaps will convert your workout into Active Calories and send the data to HealthKit.
This app will allow you to enter the pools that you swim in and record the distance for each time you swim. Based on the pool length, the app will record your overall distance for each day. The app also allows you to set goals, and shows you graphically on a daily basis how you did against your goal. The app also generates a chart that compares your distances over time to your goals.
Getting started is easy. The app contains a startup wizard that asks you a few questions before recording your first swim. After this initial information is captured, recording each swim takes less than 10 seconds.
iSwimLaps supports both French and Spanish.
