This application helps people get familiar with fitness exercises. The app illustrates three types of exercises:
1.Warm up & stretching exercises
2.Swiss ball exercises
3.Strength exercises

The three types are fundamental and can be practiced at home or at gym. The Swiss ball can be substituted by a big cushion.

Women can use the exercises (in Stretching & Swiss ball sections) as they are not aggressive and soft. Also, pregnant women can use stretching exercises.

The training is complete and covers all muscle groups:
Lower Body; front-legs; back legs, hips, and calves
Upper body, chest, back, shoulders, stomach, arms, and forearms

The lite free version of this app, lists titles of exercises. The drawings and the instructions per exercise can be purchased by means of the In-App Purchase - from within the app itself.
