If you track your walking with the pedometer, you know you are doing your best and this will increase your motivation.
By observing your life pattern, you can cause change in your life
For example: You say to yourself;
"Hmm, I noticed that I'm not walking much during the weekdays. I need to do more walking!"
"Today I did only 4000 steps. I can do more than that!"
"This week I was working til late at night. Maybe I ought to do less after work partying."
"I noticed that on the days I do my walking exercise I have noticed that I sleep better. Maybe I ought to try it again today!"

---Usage Notes---

The pedometer will not work while other applications are running
We regret that with the current version of the iPhone operating system, other applications cannot run simultaneously.
When you press the sleep button on the top right, it will stop measuring your strides, so please be sure to lock your screen.
When you are on a train, in the beginning the application will try to not misinterpret extraneous movement coming from the train. Once a walking pattern is detected by the application, it will begin measuring your strides.

It's fun to monitor your graph. If you continue to see results it will motivate you to continue exercising.
