Max Bench Press™ is an app that allows easy tracking of the well-known and well-employed power-lifting workout called Tactical Periodization. Max Bench Press™ didn't create this workout, just this app to track it. It tells you the number of sets for each workout, the amount of weight, number of reps and the grip width for each set.
The goal of this workout is to increase your max bench press by 50%. For example, increasing your max press from 100 lbs to 150 lbs or from 200 lbs to 300 lbs. This app tracks the entire 6 month workout. Yes, this workout takes 27 weeks to complete!

This is a grueling 27 week workout and most people over 30 will not be able to finish it. Over 40, even less. Over 50, forget about it. But that does not mean you won't see any improvement.
