If you are already an Online Banking user, you can self-enroll in Mobile Banking.

Step 1. Login to Online Banking. Click on the Other Services button. Click on the Mobile button on the sub-menu.

Step 2. Read and accept to the terms and conditions. Click on the Enroll button. Complete and submit the enrollment form.

Step 3. You will receive two text messages. Reply YES to complete your enrollment.

If you are not an online banking user, go to and click on the Enroll Now button at the top of the page or stop by any one of banking offices and complete an application.

Security: We use 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your information. This industry-approved security technology prevents anyone from intercepting or interrupting information transmitted from your mobile device to Jacksonville Savings Bank. The same encryption used to protect you in Online Banking is used for Mobile Banking.
