The handling is clear and with the special features you have control over your daily consumption. This program offers you the opportunity to control and record your daily calories-in and out. It will help you not to go over your daily need of energy.

Determine your BMI and daily consumption. You should check your data regularly to be up to date with everything. And don’t forget to adjust the activity settings during the weekend or on holidays.

Choose your products from a huge database with hundreds of different foods and their nutrition facts. This data base be extended and changed without problems. Just type how much you ate and add it to the list by pressing the save button. A chart will help you keep track on your daily consumption easily. If you don’t have your I-pod with you it is possible to add data later on.

You can also add activities to your daily list. By the way the activities can be added directly by using the timer. By pressing the “sum” button you get a detailed overview including your daily consumption of protein, fat, carbohydrates and bread-units. You also see how many fluids (drinks) you consumed during the day.

The statistic analysis can be done over any timeframe. You only need to state the first and the last day of the frame. Of course there are pre made timeframes available.
