This app includes a few meditation techniques, including a technique i've developed based on a psychological research I've read about the way conflicts manifest in our physical brain, called the butterfly meditation. just press the little bug:) on the left side, and you can start meditating. there's also sound, above the bug. the instructions are in the app.
Also, it includes my daily exercises, which I've Chosen very carefully after trying dozens of exercises.
