As you know dynamic strength and high levels of cardiovascular ability are essential if you are to perform well in any of the grappling arts from bjj, judo through to wrestling- this follow along app will boost them up to new levels. There is no substitute for actual mat time but when you can't get to roll then this app will keep your conditioning at peak levels.

Conditioning is not only important to improve competition performance but also to help reduce the chance of injury on the mat. A well conditioned body is one that will be more absorbent to the rigors of training- and less time injured means more mat time right?

Now complete with custom round timer- set up to 5 different custom presets for sparring and drilling.

Now included 'Mat log' keep an eye of all your accrued time on the mat by using the mat log. Add time in 15 and 30 minute intervals and slowly your belt will change from white, to blue, to purple to brown and finally to black! It's just a bit of fun but thought was a nice touch!
