The AsureForce™ Mobile Time card application for the iPhone revolutionizes the way your mobile workforce tracks their time. The ability to personalize this iPhone application is what makes it so simple and efficient to use. From the Setup Menu the user may select favorite items to use including their favorite jobs, departments, and projects. Once the favorites have been selected, the intuitive menu greatly increases the speed for the user.
**Instant crew department transfers**
Users can track their own time as well as utilize a crew punch feature (if authorized) to clock multiple employees at one time. The user also has the ability to select the favorite jobs and/or departments that the crew will be switching to throughout the day/week. As each job is completed and the entire crew begins another, the supervisor can transfer the entire team to another job, activity, or department with one punch. For example, if a supervisor has five employees on her crew, she can perform one punch to transfer the entire crew rather than have all five punch.
**Project clock feature**
Entering project hours is easy from the iPhone. The Project Timesheet simplifies this process to allow your employees to spend less time tracking their time and more time being productive. By using the project grid, the employee can assign hours worked on multiple projects for the entire week. They can also copy their project timesheet from the prior week to pre-fill their timesheet.
**Punch without internet access**
Once AsureForce Mobile Time card has synched with your AsureForce Time Card system, users will have the ability to record punches without internet access. If internet connection is lost or unavailable, data will be recorded and stored. Once internet connection is re-established, the data will be automatically sent to the AsureForce Time card system.
Additional features include GPS location with the punch so managers can see where employees clocked. A biometric reader is being developed that will attach to the iPhone or iPod Touch to eliminate buddy punching.
