This app has a complete fitness workout routine built-in which you must follow in order to gain lower body strength and elevate your overall fitness levels.

Reminders to let you schedule times - the app reminds you to get going on your scheduled workout days.

App will guide you to perform a test to determine your current squats level. Then you can select the days of week on which you want to perform your squats routine. On the scheduled day, the number of total squats for the day is presented. This is broken in smaller sets so that the body can rest and restore strength. Follow the training program and see yourself performing 150 squats in a few weeks time.
