Have you ever wanted to be able to recite the Presidents by Memory? But it's way too hard, right? Well not anymore! ‘Presidents by Memory’ combines set learning techniques with audio and visual cues to make it easy!
How it works
‘Presidents by Memory’ coaches you through the Presidents in groups of three. The coach repeats each group of three Presidents while showing you their pictures. The repetitive combination of sound and sight is very effective. Before you know it, the names of the Presidents will just slip off of your tongue...Washington, Adams, Jefferson...Madison, Monroe, Adams...
Step 1 - Grid Training
The first step is to learn the Presidents as a group visually. Grid Training shows three groups of three (nine Presidents) on one screen. The coach automatically repeats the current group, at the center of the grid, until you can remember it. Then, you can move on to the next group or review from the beginning. Grid Training is a good introduction to the Presidents as a group, and focuses on building sequential memory.
Step 2 - Single Training
Single Training only shows one President at a time. Removing the Grid makes it more challenging, but builds and reinforces the sequential memory. Just like the Grid, the coach repeats each group of three Presidents until you are ready to move on or review. For best results, repeat Grid and Single Training multiple times before proceeding to Step 3.
Step 3 - Review
Automatic group repetition is removed in Review. The goal of Step 3 is to reinforce memory continuity. Review allows manual control, builds memory continuity, and is useful for self-quizzing.
The Quiz is a challenging test of your memory, because no mistakes are allowed. When you pass the Quiz, you can be confident that you can recite the Presidents by Memory!
