This app suggests, illustrates, and specifies the daily quantities of the Essential Amino Acids (10 Amino Acids); up to date in medical research.
It categorizes users to six groups:
- Newborns up to 12 months
- Older than 12 months - 2 years
- Older than 2 years - 3 years
- Older than 3 years - 13 years
- Older than 13 years - 18 years
- Older than 18 years.

The need of Essential Amino Acids (10 Amino Acids) is different according to age and weight. Therefore, the app calculates the daily needs of the ten vital Acids according to the age category and the weight of the user (US units or Metric units).
The app accepts both units systems; Imperial (US) and Metric. Therefore, users can enter their weight in kg and gm or in lb and oz.


The human body requires up to 21 different amino acids for protein synthesis. A shortfall of any one of these amino acids would thus be a limiting factor in protein synthesis.
Ten of the 21 are essential amino acids or indispensable amino acids that cannot be synthesized in the body, and therefore must be supplied in the diet.
The amino acids regarded as essential for humans are phenylalanine, valine, threonine, tryptophan, isoleucine, methionine, leucine, lysine, histidine ad cysteine (semi – essential). Essential amino acids are "essential" because the body cannot produce them on it own, making it vital to include them in one's diet in order to obtain them.
Well health and growth require certain quantities of essential and non-essential Amino acids. But since the essentials cannot be synthesized; acknowledgment of their quantities (according to age) becomes worth notice and highlight and should be consumed for newborns, infants, children, teenagers, and adults.
