The Birmingham Children’s Hospital Feedback App allows patients, parents, carers and visitors to the Hospital to give instant feedback on their visit. This, in turn, allows the Hospital to respond quickly to comments, both good and bad, on service and performance around their site.
Users of the app can choose a specific location to comment on by selecting from a list of wards or scanning QR codes set up at locations throughout the Hospital site. When a comment is sent in it is immediately posted on the news feed on the Hospital’s website and at the same time directed to the specific ward team to respond or fix, enabling the hospital teams to respond quickly and appropriately to problems, issues, challenges, a job done well or a celebration of success.
The app also allows users to give their overall feeling on how well the Hospital is performing.
Birmingham Children’s Hospital welcomes all sorts of comments about their hospital but please remember that comments are posted on the website so any use of inappropriate language or commenting on named individuals will mean that the comment will be removed and the user could be barred from making any further comments.
