The Accela Work Crew app allows agency staff and authorized contractors to access and update Work Orders from their mobile device in the field as the work is being performed and completed.
• View locations of scheduled and completed work on a map containing agency-defined map layers.
• Check one or more Work Order Tasks or Workflow Tasks as complete.
• Add relevant supporting information such as task completion date/time, actual time spent on each task, actual material/parts/supplies used.
• Attach photos and audio messages.
• Enter completed by information and comments.
• Update the Work Order status.
• Update cost information.
Works with Accela Automation 7.3.0 and higher. Requires mobile license and Accela Gateway.
