For the assignment of the different types of expenses, revenues and assets, corresponding accounts can be created. An entered amount is automatically divided between the property owners in respect to their value proportion.
Various fact sheets and an annual report will be generated as PDF file. The documents are stored in an archive on the device or in the iCloud and may be printed or sent via mail.
A reminder function allows the definition of various reminders, e.g. payment dates or the tracking of the budget.
