The Wingman Toolkit mobile app provides resilience tools and resources to help Airmen maintain overall health and well-being. The Toolkit enables users to be resilient in the face of common Airman stressors, including suicide, sexual assault and mental health issues. Regardless of duty status or geographic location, Airmen have easy access to just-in-time resources with the Wingman Toolkit.
The application features tools based on the domains of Comprehensive Airman Fitness, including:
-Quick access to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, the DoD Safe Helpline and your Wingman
-Resilience and fitness trackers
-Spiritual reminders and a tool to help users count their blessings
The information found on the Wingman Toolkit has been tailored to the needs of the Total Force, including Air Force, Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard, DoD civilians and their families.
