ANANDA Yoga ("ANANDA") is formed by a group of individuals who hold the firm belief that while yoga practices benefit individuals, it can benefit the society as a whole if more people adopt these practices. In view of this vision, ANANDA provides a full spectrum of yoga classes which include physical postures for health improvement, breathing exercise and relaxation programs for stress management and emotional stability, as well as different meditation techniques for the calming of mind and mindfulness training.

ANANDA offers asana, pranayama, meditation, weight-reduction and de-stress programs plus workshops related to yoga topics. ANANDA features well-trained & professional yoga teachers, progressive teaching methods, a non-competitive, caring and encouraging atmosphere, and a beautiful light-filled facility.

A total floor area of over 6,000 sq feet with two studios and three personal training rooms. The centre offers plenty of floor space for multiple classes to be conducted simultaneously. Clean and hygienic men's and women's dressing and shower facilities are available.
