Booty Slide® was created by Rebecca Kordecki, Fitness Expert, Author, Motivational Speaker and Corporate Wellness Consultant. The Booty Slide APP is perfect for people who want to take Booty Slide® with them when they travel or to do at the gym.

The APP allows users to customize both the intensity and the duration of the workout. From 20-30-40 or 60 minutes - the user can choose any of the 21 Booty Slide exercises and mix and match them for the ultimate lift, shape and burn. You will need to either currently own Rebecca’s Booty Slide® KIT or you can order it once you download the app. If you aren’t sure yet if this workout is for you, go ahead and give it a try using towels under your feet and hands to do the moves. Please note: This is not the optimal scenario for this workout nor will it give you maximum results. The benefit of having the Booty Slide® Kit is that it comes with everything you need, Booties, Hand Sliders/Knee Cushions and a Leg Loop Resistance Band. Also, the fact that the patented booties are worn on your bare foot allows you to strengthen your ankles, feet and toes as well as target your entire Core even more.
