The Sunrise Global Support iPhone app offers comprehensive mobile access to support data for customers of Sunrise Technologies’ Global Support Program. In addition to providing a high level visual overview of support ticket activity on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, the app also allows authorized users to search and view details on a specific support ticket, and even contact a Sunrise Support representative directly from within the app to request additional information or a status update. Additional functionality includes:

-Instantly compare ticket activity for a given week to annual trends
-View lists of active tickets by status, priority, or support representative
-Analyze ticket activity for the current year by week or month
