You are what you eat. Take control of your physical and mental health. Zinc is essential for a healthy immune system to protect from disease, growth and development. Count, track, and chart the zinc provided by foods in your diet.
Use the count and organiser tools to keep a daily record and bar chart illustration of the zinc in μg and %RDA (Adult Daily Recommended Dietary Allowance) provided by 250 heart healthy foods, 55 popular "not heart healthy" foods, and foods you choose to add to the counter in the quantities you’ve eaten.
This beautifully designed healthy diet tool with around 200 photos also provides essential nutritional knowledge for a heart healthy diet and 250 heart healthy foods (including heart-healthy scores).
Touch “Count” on the top menu bar, select the date, set the gender icon, then follow instructions to select foods from the 250 heart healthy and 55 "not heart healthy" foods listed and/or add in foods with their zinc content using the edit tool.
The interface is easy, quick, and intuitive to navigate, colour-coded, searchable, and zoomable using the pinch screen function. Viewable in landscape and portrait. Specially edited and designed for iPhone, iPad, and iPod screens.
