This beautifully designed healthy diet tool with around 200 photos also provides essential nutritional knowledge for a heart healthy diet and 250 heart healthy foods (including heart-healthy scores).
Touch “Count” on the top menu bar, select the date, set the gender icon, then follow instructions to select foods from the 250 heart healthy and 55 "not heart healthy" foods listed and/or add in foods with their vitamins B3 and B5 content using the edit tool.
Use the bookmark function to archive favourites accessed via the search icon and Fav toggle (top left screen).
