The FAA Managers Association presents the 2016 "Managing the Skies Expo" as they celebrate their 36th Annual Gathering of Eagles.
Our focus for 2016 is "Leading the Millennial Work Force." With every new generation there are cultural differences that bring new challenges to the working environment. The new millennial work force is no exception. Millennial's values and cultural influences on today's work environment will require all FAA Managers and Supervisors to sharpen their leadership skills through training opportunities in order to remain effective leaders that foster positive work environments. The FAA Managers Association is committed to providing their members with world class leadership training on Millennials this October.
This event is considered by FAA Managers everywhere as one of the most important aviation events of the year.
