Mobilize for Oracle RightNow CRM (Oracle Service Cloud) allows you to access RightNow CRM on your iPad or IPhone. The native app provides you access to CRM outside of cellular network coverage in an offline mode.
This application is ideal for users of RightNow CRM in Field Service. The app can also be configured to be used in a Customer Service or from a Consumer function. The Mobilize app allows you access to RightNow CRM data - Incidents / Tickets , Organizations, Contacts, Tasks & more. In addition to the app can also access your Scheduling & Dispatch system , GPS, Social Media, Document Management System & more. Hardware integration to devices is also possible.
By default, the application will be running in an offline (disconnected) mode so that you can see what a RightNow CRM app would look like on the iPad or iPhone. You can use "FieldRep" as username and password to login to the app. The deployment of the Mobilize app would be specific to your RightNow Cloud Instance. This would require professional services to configure & deploy.
