The user has the ability to set the following items to personalize their training: plan type, be the miler specific or Half-Marathon specific. Start date. Start of week. Long run day. Total days off. Specific days in the week to take off. Race distance and time. Starting weekly mileage. Maximum weekly mileage. And for advanced users: Training phase. 2 race distances and times. Weekly mileage progression type. Maximum long run. And Long run as a percent of the weekly mileage.
