Developed and tested in Chamonix by the clinical specialists at La Clinique du Sport, the SkiFit programme provides 4 guided one hour workouts, made up from over 100 individual ski specific exercises. These workouts are designed to be done in the home or in the gym and require minimal specialist equipment.
The SkiFit programme lasts 8 weeks, with 4 phases each building on the last. Follow Neil as he leads you through each 60 minute workout which includes activation, core, circuits, balance and coordination exercises and a final stretch down.
