bizChat is a mobile application that aims to connect customers to businesses by letting customers directly message (SMS) businesses through the app. The main purpose is to replace calling or emailing a business for an inquiry. The customer will use a simple, yet powerful search tool in order to find a business and then they can contact the business directly via bizChat. In the modern day, many people are much more comfortable texting instead of calling and we're trying to meet that need. No more playing phone tag with a busy business! Get your questions answered quickly and effectively. Currently available for the iPhone and iPad and will soon be available for other platforms as well as a Web based version.
Simple search quickly finds what you're looking for based on your current location or use the advanced search feature to enter a different location, radius, category, etc. As a business, you'll build a new customer base that wouldn't have contacted you previously.
Customer will have access to the business profile page, which includes the address and the ability to get directions, phone number, hours of operation, photos, reviews, a live status and most importantly, the ability to send a message.
Message your questions for a quick response instead of calling or emailing. Keep track of all messages in one screen or when the conversation is over, end the chat and the business will no longer be able to message you (nobody likes spam!)
