My Maitland is a multi-platform solution for providing City of Maitland residents, businesses, and visitors access to a set of local government-provided services, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. This smartphone app may be used to submit issues and make suggestions on how we can work together to make our community even better.
A short description and a picture of an issue can be included in order to provide details. The app will automatically know the issue location and will ensure that the issue is sent to the appropriate department at the City. The submitter will be able to track the request all the way through its resolution right from the phone.
