MobileCoRE is the mobile companion app to the industry leading Facilities and Real Estate management tool WebCoRE. Created by The Changing Workplace Ltd, MobileCoRE allows mobile reporting and visualisation of building occupancy data, as well as intuitive and customisable survey functionality, that for the first time completely negates the need for cumbersome paper based plans during floor walks.

Surveys instantly capture how space is being used during specific time frames. Survey questions can be tailored to the different type of space being surveyed; telephone calls or computer work for desk space, as well as attendance levels for meeting rooms. All completely configurable.

On completion of a survey, the data can be uploaded to WebCoRE for further analysis and review. Reports include occupancy and utilisation levels and graphical visualisation using floor plans.


A user-friendly dashboard gives you access to various mobile modules, quick links to key space information and downloaded surveys.
Navigate space data and review areas, occupancy, floor plans and room data
Create your own survey rules by adding time intervals, surveys per day and categories for drop downs.
Review survey progress for each time slot and upload surveys to fully report on your data capture.
