The 'Death…By' timer gives you all you need to get going on this popular timed workout. Simply tell the app the weight you will be lifting, and the number of rounds you want to do and off you go. The timer will alert you when a new round is about to start, and again at the start of the round; it will also announce how many reps you need to complete as the round commences. Once you have come to the end of your 'Death…By' just tell the app how many rounds and part rounds you did and it will tell you the total weight you have lifted and the total number of reps completed. You can also save all of your data and view it at a later date, straight from the main menu. Also, you can enter what exercise you have been doing, meaning you can see how much you have lifted, in which exercises, on which days.
