What does the FirmTel App do?
This App is the 1st version of the FirmTel mobile application for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad).
With the FirmTel iOS client you can:
*See your company contacts
*Directly call your company contacts using the native dailer
*Perform a attended transfer of a active call to one of the other company contacts
*See their status and availability
*Set your own status to avoid being disturbed during meetings
*Disable or enable your subscriptions at any time (for example, disable your private number during officer hours)
*Use visual voicemail and listen to archived messages
*Determine to which other user on the company PBX you want to forward incoming calls
*Choose whether you want to activate or not your voicemail and
*To which, if any, email address you want to forward new voicemails
More features will be released in the future. The App is free for all FirmTel customers and not usable for users without login credentials to a FirmTel hosted voice instance.
