With Foo_kcal you can watch your daily eating habits better.
Foo_kcal should be a little helper to feed conscious. It should not be confused by too many unnecessary features, but to focus on what matters.
Therefore a food database is not included. If you have to dig through endless lists only to find a food (with the appropriate calorie information), then you lose at some point the desire to go on.
Foo_kcal has several internal databases. The main database stores all meals, that you enter.
You have to enter a new food only once and can later select it from your favorites list if necessary.
In this way Foo_kcal grows with time and stores only the food that you need.
If you have no time once to make the appropriate entry - no problem.
Take a snapshot. So you save even the small, spontaneous sins in between.
Snapshots are only stored within the app - who wants to have all the little sins between snapshots of family and friends? ;-)
If you give permission to send your submissions to the Health app from Apple, you can evaluate your eating habits graphically there.
