Fleet management solution offers overview of organisation's vehicles last known locations and tracking history featuring vehicle search, status report and dynamic address recognition.
Field operation mode enables users to receive and assign tasks via handheld devices. Task management process includes task creation, status management, messaging and filling in task-specific signable forms. Users can receive notifications, view travel destination on map, launch navigation, view customer-specific information, view attached files and add photos to task completion report. If needed, user can engage location tracking for real-time location reporting and precise mileage calculation. Location tracking can be switched on or off by user at any time. Please note that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
Asset management module enables field worker to pick up and drop QR coded items.
