Yoga with Emma specialises in working with people with all kinds of range in movement. With a nurturing, non-judgemental and calm approach, the body releases tension to open and release tightness. Emma has two methods of sharing her expertise in movement. Yoga is her foundation to her class and Somatic Movement gently eases pain in movement in all parts of the body.
If life is stressful, guided meditation allows the mind to create a peaceful sanctuary. It can be a powerful tool to approach a difficult situation with a calm view. All of Emma’s classes end with blissful relaxation and a flavour of guided meditation, aromatic head massage and special treat.
