Note&Restriction - SLA is not working in case of updating any ticket via Mobile Support In case of updating a ticket via mobile applications, SLA is not run. If you use SLA, please update any tickets via PC browse - Searching the description for device search is not working In case of searching the description from some tickets via device search, it does not search anything. Please make sure you use Server search for searching the description.
