This application is a minimalist design. Simplistic and modeled after the common Cognitive Behavioral Therapy self-help worksheet with credit to David D. Burns for its origins.

The application includes a wizard which will take you through the process of evaluating what happened, your thoughts, your emotions, the intensity of these emotions, evaluating the possible problems with the thoughts, reframing these thoughts positively, and how you feel afterward. The application also includes a reporting feature so that you can look back to a time when you felt the same way before, and remember what you wrote and how you felt. You can also share this report via e-mail, other configured apps, or copy it to the clipboard.

The overall goal is to quickly evaluate your feelings, thoughts and emotions on the spot, without having to wait until you're home, with as little cumbersome frustration and tedious button pressing as possible.

I use this application myself and I hope that I have eliminated all bugs, but feel free to use to website to e-mail support for feedback or to report any bugs you find. Let me know how to reproduce the problem.
