RCInsight provides real-time user information to supervisory staff members regarding online status, case information, and historical data. The color-coded user display visually indicates user progress towards their daily case target/goal, immediately indicating who is on task and who isn't. Users can be sorted by their daily progress (ascending or descending), by online/offline status, or by favorites, which only displays information about selected users. Touching a username displays tables and graphs of that users daily case information as well as relative comparisons to how they have performed in the past. Open and closed case metrics as well as a page for login history are also provided for each user to keep you as up to date on your users as possible. An added feature is a messaging system that allows you to send messages directly to your users. Messages are displayed to the user in RCI and you will recceive an acknowledgement when the message has been viewed. The settings page contains filters that allow you to choose from manual or automatic updates and various buttons for items such as removing color, turning off vibration, or logging out.
